Exchanges

We stand behind every piece we make. If something doesn't fit or if there's ever a quality issue, we'll exchange it for the right size or a replacement, no questions asked.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unworn, with tags attached, in its original packaging. You have 14 days from delivery to request an exchange.

To start an exchange, contact us at hello@hahaha.la with your order number and what you need. We'll send you instructions and a shipping label. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@hahaha.la. We'll make it right with a replacement.

Why We Don't Offer Refunds

We provide detailed measurements for every size and age range so you can order with confidence. Our organic cotton is GOTS-certified and made entirely in Los Angeles under strict quality standards. We'd rather get your child into the right piece than take back something that already works.

Sale items, gift cards, and personalized orders cannot be exchanged.

European Union Customers

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, per EU consumer protection law. Items must be unworn, with tags, in original packaging. Contact us at hello@hahaha.la to initiate.
