RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to love every Hahaha piece. If something doesn't work out, we offer free 14-day returns and exchanges on full-price clothing.
HOW IT WORKS
- Sign in to your account at accounts.hahaha.la, find your order, and click "Request a return." If you checked out as a guest, use the order link from your confirmation email.
- Select the items, choose a reason, and tell us whether you'd like a refund or an exchange for a different size, color, or style.
- We review and approve within 1 business day. You'll get an email with a prepaid return shipping label, free of charge.
- Drop the package at any USPS location.
- Once your return arrives:
- If you chose an exchange, we ship the replacement the same business day at no extra charge.
- If you chose a refund, we issue it to your original payment method within 10 business days.
ELIGIBILITY
Items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached and in original packaging.
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM
Contact us immediately at hello@hahaha.la if anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We'll make it right at no cost to you.
FINAL SALE
Patches, gift cards, and items marked "final sale" can't be returned.
EU CUSTOMERS
Per EU consumer protection law, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt for any reason. The same eligibility rules above apply.
