At Hahaha, we're committed to getting your organic kidswear to you safely and sustainably. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

PROCESSING TIME

Standard processing: 1-2 business days. Orders placed by 2:00 PM PT are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons (holidays, back-to-school) we operate at full capacity 7 days a week, and most orders ship the next business day.

Operating days: Monday through Saturday (closed Sundays, except during peak seasons).

PRE-ASSEMBLED

Customizable styles ship with the signature Hahaha smile patch pre-attached so your little one can wear it out the door. Additional patch packs ship in their own reusable canvas bag, ready to swap whenever the mood strikes.

Essential styles ship as-is, no patches needed.

SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to all US states, territories, PO boxes, and military (APO/FPO) addresses using:
- USPS: Priority Mail, First Class Mail
- UPS: UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air

International Shipping

We ship to most non-embargo countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, South America, and Oceania using:
- DHL Express Worldwide
- UPS Worldwide Expedited, Worldwide Express, Worldwide Express Plus, Worldwide Saver
- USPS First Class Package International, Priority Mail International, Priority Mail Express International

SHIPPING COSTS

Free standard shipping on US orders $149+

For orders under $149, shipping costs are calculated transparently at checkout based on:
- Number of items in your order
- Your delivery address
- Selected shipping method

You'll see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase, with no hidden fees or surprises.

DELIVERY TIMES

Domestic (after 1-2 day processing):
- West Coast (CA, NV, OR, WA, AZ): 2-3 business days
- Mountain & Central: 3-5 business days
- East Coast: 4-6 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii, US territories: 7-14 business days

International (after 1-2 day processing):
- Canada and Mexico: 5-10 business days
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- Asia-Pacific: 10-21 business days
- Rest of world: 10-21 business days

Times vary by carrier and customs processing in your country.

LOCAL PICKUP (DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES)

Skip shipping and pick up your order at our LA factory:

Select "Local Pickup" at checkout. We'll email you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours.

ORDER TRACKING

Every order gets a tracking number. You'll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your package ships. Track your order anytime at accounts.hahaha.la or through the link in your shipping confirmation email.

SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING

Because we care about the planet as much as you do, all orders ship in recycled kraft mailers. Quality protection for your organic pieces, with minimal environmental impact.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: CUSTOMS & DUTIES

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country. These fees are not included in your order total and must be paid to your local customs office upon delivery.

Please check your country's import regulations before ordering to understand potential additional costs.

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Before shipping: Contact us immediately at hello@hahaha.la or via live chat on our website. If we haven't shipped your order yet, we can cancel it for a full refund or update your shipping address at no charge.

After shipping: Once your order is in transit, we cannot cancel or reroute it. If you need to change your delivery address after shipping, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.

DELIVERY ISSUES

Lost packages
If your tracking shows your package is lost or hasn't arrived within 10 days of the estimated delivery date:
1. Contact us at hello@hahaha.la or via live chat
2. We'll file a claim with the carrier on your behalf
3. We'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund

Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged:
1. Take photos of the damaged items AND the packaging within 7 days of delivery
2. Email us at hello@hahaha.la with your order number and photos
3. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately
4. We'll handle the carrier claim process for you

Your satisfaction matters more than processing paperwork. We'll make it right.

UNDELIVERABLE OR RETURNED PACKAGES

Incorrect address provided by customer: We'll contact you to confirm the correct address and can reship your order at the current shipping rate.

Incorrect address due to our error: We'll reship at no charge to you.

Customer refuses delivery: We can issue a refund minus actual shipping costs, or offer store credit equal to the full order value, your choice.

Address correction before shipping: If you catch an address error before we ship, contact us immediately and we'll update it at no charge.

WEATHER & HOLIDAY DELAYS

Carrier delays due to weather, natural disasters, or high holiday volume are beyond our control. We'll post updates on our website and notify affected customers via email when we're aware of significant delays in your area.

We do not require a signature upon delivery.
